Our pottery experience gifts in Manchester are a great way to gift an experience that’ll let someone take a break to focus on something new and improve their mental well-being. They’re for adults only and are ideal as a solo activity, as it’s easy to meet new people there, but also a perfect birthday, anniversary, or gift for any special occasion. Our pottery classes offer an immersive and creative experience for everyone, from complete beginners to those with some experience. The inclusive nature of these classes makes them perfect for friends, families, and couples.

We have a number of different pottery classes and courses, but our main one is the pottery taster class. In our main pottery experience you’ll try your hand at throwing a pot on the wheel and also creatively hand-build. It’ll give you a fun experience trying pottery for the first time. We’ll guide you in easy to understand steps, explaining the making process, but importantly you’ll dive right into making with clay right away.

We’ll provide all the tools and materials, so just bring yourself, but be ready to get a little messy. Bring an open mind, some positive energy, have shorts nails and wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (aprons provided).

After the pottery experience workshop we need to wait for the pots to dry, twice fire them, and clear glaze them, which can take anywhere between 3-6 weeks. We’ll email you when they’re ready to collect, then you can come down and collect them anytime we’re in the pottery studio.
