Pottery Memberships in Manchester’s first community pottery studio, Seven Limes Pottery
Running since 1999 we have pottery studio memberships ranging from supported weekly class memberships with access to a wide range of materials, glazes, with ongoing technical support and tuition, right through to no booking required 24/hr access memberships for more independent ceramicists.
We are currently developing some supported open access membership options for those who want more time, but require technical support, so sign up to our waitlist tbc on this page.
Regular Class Membership
- Weekly supported sociable sessions, with an expert tutor on hand for guidance and feedback when needed.
- Firings included in the fee with material costs charged at £1.80 per lb on collection.
- Access to clay and a wide range of well maintained house glazes and slips.
- Shared communal shelf spaces for storage.
- Flexibility to change session if you’re unable to attend.
- Contract: £125 each 6 weeks on a rolling basis.
24/hr Access Membership
- As a key holder, access the studio at any time all year round.
- Reasonable firings included in the fee.
- Access to clay at cost price (£11-£13.50 per 12.5kg bag; 2026).
- Own personal storage shelf and access to communal storage areas for wet and drying pots.
- Contract: Minimum 2 months upfront with 30 days notice to leave.
