Pottery wheel throwing class for complete beginners in Manchester.
Throw some pots with our expert tutors.This pottery wheel throwing class is a reduced class size from only 2-6 people, so you get plenty of tutor time and attention. You’ll have your own wheel for the session and be led through the steps of throwing pots on the potter’s wheel. It’s a great way to get creative even if you don’t feel ‘arty’.
We clear glaze and twice fire your best pot for you to collect a few weeks later. You also have the option to book an extra session (£26) to come and glaze any amount of your pots yourself, just let us know before you leave the session.
- Small groups of 2-6: You’ll get a lot of focused support from an experienced tutor.
- All materials and equipment are included in the workshop.
- We recommend short nails and wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (aprons provided).
- This workshop includes a 10-15 minute clean-up.
